One of our dedicated customer service team members will be assigned to your order and will personally manage all aspects of your delivery.
Our delivery partners operate Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, with some offering Saturday deliveries. Depending on the item and your location, you may have the option to select a specific delivery day via phone, text, or email.
In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery window 24 hours in advance. Please ensure someone is present to accept the delivery, as goods cannot be left unattended.
The delivery team will call 30 minutes before arrival to confirm you are home. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply.
