Pool Table Ordering Process

To provide the best online shopping experience, here's a quick overview of how our ordering process works for our Cry Wolf pool tables!

Select Your Cloth Type and Colour

We offer two types of cloth for our indoor Cry Wolf pool tables. All cloth types and colours are included in the price of your table.

Select Your Delivery & Installation

Cry Wolf pool tables are professional slate bed pool tables that require professional installation. Our professional 2-man installation teams take care of your installation and answer any questions you may have.


Our Cry Wolf tables come in three parts: the table unit, the legs, and the slate. Our professional installation team brings these elements together on-site.

Select You Purchase Option - Pay In Full or 30% Deposit?

If you wish to pay for your order in full then please select Pay In Full Option.


If you select the 30% deposit payment option, the remaining balance is due 3 to 5 days before your installation date. For more information about your installation date, see the section titled "Your Delivery and Installation."


Your 30% payment and balance payment values are detailed in the cart and checkout pages.


There are a number of ways you can make your balance payment. Please see the section titled "Your Delivery and Installation" for more information.

Place Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email within 1 minute, please check your spam folder and the email used to place your order.

Once Your Order Is Placed

You will be assigned a dedicated customer service member who will be responsible for your order. Your dedicated customer service member will contact you via email within 24 hours of your order being placed.


Your dedicated customer service member will check everything on your order is correct and provide you with more information about your delivery date and installation.

Your Delivery and Installation

When your pool table is ready, we will contact you via email or text message to arrange a suitable installation date (we install Monday to Friday). This is normally 2 to 3 weeks prior to your installation date.


If you have made a deposit payment, our system will be updated to take your balance payment 3 to 5 days before your installation date. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file used to make your deposit payment. If you wish to pay your balance payment using a different card, then please call or email us so we can update your payment details.


48 to 24 hours prior to your installation date, our installation team will either call or text you to confirm your final installation instructions and provide a time window.


Installation takes our two-man professional installation team around 45 minutes. Our team will be able to answer any questions you may have and also advise how to maintain and look after your pool table.

After Your Pool Table Is Installed

Your dedicated customer service member will contact you after your table is installed to make sure everything is as it should be and your installation went as planned.


You can contact your dedicated customer service member or any one of our experienced customer service team at any point in the future as we offer lifetime support for your pool table.
