Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without having to provide a reason. The cancellation period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us through a clear statement sent by email to support@homegamesroom.co.uk.
Please note, to meet the cancellation deadline, it's enough for you to send your email before the cancellation period has expired.
After the 14-day cancellation period, we may still accept returns at our discretion, and additional charges may apply.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. The only exception is if you chose a delivery option other than our standard, least expensive option, in which case we will deduct the difference in cost.
We may also deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in the value of the goods, if such reduction is due to unnecessary handling by you.
We will issue the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you request otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Returning the Goods
You should return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event, within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods and any diminished value due to handling that is not necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Date of purchase
Date the goods were received by you
Specific item(s) you wish to return (if you ordered multiple items)
Once we approve your return, please send the product back to us along with a note indicating whether you wish to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want) or get a refund.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Sending a Return Back to Us
Please be mindful that some of our products have delicate physical properties, and transporting them requires care. Ensure that your courier is aware of the delicate nature of the goods and that your shipment is fully insured for its retail value.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Made to order pool tables
We deeply understand and appreciate the importance of your satisfaction with our products. However, due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made pool tables, including our Cry Wolf, FMF, and Dynamic Pool Tables, we're unable to extend our 14-day money-back guarantee to these items. Each of these tables is specially crafted to your specifications and order, making them uniquely yours. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and are always here to assist you in making the right choice for your gaming needs.
