At Home Games Room, we stand behind the superior quality of our products and we're confident that they will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, we also understand that sometimes a product may not be what you anticipated. Therefore, we're pleased to offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

If within the first 14 days after receiving your product, you decide it's not the right fit for you, we're here to help facilitate its return and issue a refund.

To initiate the process, please notify us of your decision to return the item. You can reach us via email at support@homegamesroom.co.uk or give us a call on 0333 303 4992.

We request that you return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel the order. Please ensure the item is in the same condition it was delivered to you: unused, in its original packaging, and flat-packed where appropriate. Depending on the specific product, the return delivery costs, inclusive of VAT, can range between £10 and £600. These charges will be borne by you.

Once we receive the returned goods, we'll proceed with your refund using the same payment method you used during purchase. We'll include postage and packaging costs at our standard rate in your refund, even if you had chosen a more expensive delivery option. Expect to receive your refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice if no goods were delivered, or within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or earlier, if you provide proof of return).

Please note, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any diminished value of the goods if they show signs of use that affect their resale value while in your possession. We'll notify you in writing of the diminished value, giving you reasonable time to respond before making any deductions from your refund.

An important exception to our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is custom-made items, such as our Cry Wolf, FMF, and Dynamic Pool Tables. Due to the individualized production process of these items, we're unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
