We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Returns Guarantee on all our products, giving you plenty of time to make sure your new item is the right fit.

Here’s how it works:

• Notify us: If you need to return an item, just let us know within 90 days of receiving it. You can email us at support@homegamesroom.co.uk or call us at 0333 303 4992.
• Item Condition: The item must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
• Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund. Please note that we reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item shows any signs of use that diminish its value.

Important: Our guarantee does not cover custom-made products, such as our slate bed pool tables and arcade machines. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.
