Special Delivery Circumstances

Due to the specialist nature of our products, certain deliveries such as those requiring the delivery team to navigate stairs, restricted access points, steep slopes, or uneven terrain may necessitate additional charges. These charges are different depending on the product and are detailed in the delivery information section on each product page. Specialist Installations

Our professional installations are carried out by a friendly 2-man team. Rest assured, we are well-experienced in handling challenging delivery and installation scenarios, including ensuring your product fits through tight gaps. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted within 48 hours by your assigned customer service team member, who will manage all aspects of your order and delivery process.

Delivery Changes and Cancellations

Please note that if an agreed delivery date is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery, or if there is no-one available at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, additional charges may apply for rescheduling. Thus, please ensure you are available throughout the duration of your booked delivery date.

Delivery Updates

We keep you thoroughly updated on your delivery throughout the process. If your delivery is being managed by our in-house delivery team, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information on the day of your delivery.

Note: Some postcodes in Scotland and more remote areas of mainland UK may not qualify for free delivery for certain products. Please refer to the delivery information in the specific product's listing for detailed information.
