Our Delivery Service Explained
Your SAM pool table will be delivered by a skilled two-person team with extensive experience in handling and installing large games tables. In most cases, they'll give you a call shortly before arrival to provide a precise estimated time.
Deliveries typically take place between 8am and 5pm. On rare occasions, we may need to deliver outside these hours, but we'll always confirm with you in advance.
Rest assured, our team of two seasoned professionals is adept at removing the physical strain, concerns, and strenuous effort associated with this task, leaving your table in flawless condition and primed for a game.

As a valued part of our service, we offer professional two-person installation with every SAM pool table purchase. Our skilled installation team will provide a thorough introduction to your table's features and guide you on proper maintenance and care.
Please be aware that for commercial use, our SAM pool tables are covered by a 30-day warranty.
It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to the ordinary wear and tear of the cloth or any damage to the table resulting from misuse. Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products remain our top priority.
