• Parts and labour are included - Exc. Punch Bag which is 3 months.

After 12 months you will still have access to free phone technical support. Parts and labour are not included after 12 months. The manufacturer offers a next day parts service to get you back up and running straight away.

Our free delivery service is designed for ground floor locations. While we are capable of navigating stairs with the item, it's worth noting that this might pose an additional challenge due to the substantial size and weight of the product. Kindly inform us in advance if you require delivery to an upper or lower floor.
